I can't seem to find my app anymore under apps in make.powerapps.com. I have several apps there, but not the one I am looking for. I am sure it used to be there as I have been editing it back and forth whilst in use.
It's based on a list, which I can access, and I can even get to the custom form through list settings, but not the app. The only way I can find the app is by opening it in the tab I have created for it in teams. It's driving me nuts!

It is, however, very poor design by Microsoft to split it over different apps.
Could it be a Teams app then? To check open the Power Apps app in teams and select Build

I made this before summer, so I am not sure what I did to reate it; if I started a new canvas app or made one from the list and modified it. But it is not a modified sharepoint form, because then I would have found it under list settings in sharepoint, where I already have a form.
I only have one environment.
I tried going through the list itself and Integrate -> Power apps -> See all apps, but still the same. In Teams I only have the options in the picture below.

Is this a modified SharePoint form or a standalone app? Do you have access to other environments the app could be in?
