Hi all,

I was wondering, is there any way i can find out how PVA is matching input with topics / options during a conversation? I would like to be able to influence or coach the PVA in making correct decisions, helping it with typo's, jargon and so on. Is there any way this can be done?

Currently, not yet, but you can review transcripts and use advanced analytics to spot-check specific conversations to get insight into what is working well in your bot:
