Add column to associated records view

Hi,
 
I would like to categorise the related documents that are uploaded. Main table is called Product.
 
Is this possible and if so where would I add the column?
 
 
I would also then need to add that column when uploading the image. Also wondering where I would add that?
 
I am using a solution and also checked for some kind of documents table inside and outside the solution but couldn't find anything.

    Hi 
     
    You must go to Make.powerapps.com. Find the default solution and look for the table. Within the table, look for the view and in that view, add the column
     
    This must be done by someone who manages the solution
