Is a Power App a Windows Universal App

Hello, If I create a Power App and make it available on the Windows Mobile platform, is it then a Universal Windows App that can also be used as an app from the Store on Windows 10 Destkops and Tablets like the Surface? (Or is it in an App that only runs as an App on the mobile device and should the "PC user" use the App in the browser?) Thanks. Cheers, Sander Eek.

Apps can be authored on the Windows Client. Apps published or shared with you can run on the web or on clients for iOS, Android or Windows downloaded from their respective Stores. The app you author is not a Windows Universal app and cannot be published to the Store.
