Can't delete the share point list

Hi ,

As there is sharepoint list can be deleted and i try to delete it , it have pop-up message show as below, may i know what is the root cause?

Hi Michael, as the power app need to get data with the sharepoint before, but now we don't use it , so we want to delete it but failed.

There is no issue with the power-apps, the issue is with the some of the policy which is enabled in the tenant.
