I have an issue using HTTP with Entra ID connector in Copilot Studio when trying to reach an internal website through on-premise gateway. The connector responds with the following error:

I checked that the payload from the connector should be around 12kb in size so it shouldn't be an issue with that. It works when using the connector within an agent flow but not directly in Copilot Studio.

Did you use 'Log in using a Windows Gateway' when you create the connection ?

I tried both with anonymous gateway and the Windows gateway, got same error on both tries.

can you set the header with value as below ?

1. Accept: application/json

2. Cache-Control: no-cache

Not sure if you checked this:

this case is similar to you.

If you can use the connector in the agent, I would say it might be like the case mentioned, the header or body problem.

Please double check everything.

Seems like the issue with the output of the URL that is configured on the connector. It's supposed to return raw HTML as output and that doesn't seem to get accepted in Copilot Studio (tried setting headers to text/html to no avail). Tested with another URL towards an API that returns a JSON response and that worked fine, even without specifying headers in the connector.

I tried internal resources without any problem ( all json), cannot reproduce you have.

Not sure if you can parse it as json.
