How to create a multi-section form with titles and subtitles in Power Pages?

I'm trying to create a form in Power Pages with multiple sections. Each section should have a title and a subtitle. However, I can only seem to create sections with a single heading. Additionally, I cannot seem to insert text into the form.

Is there a way to create sections with titles and subtitles in Power Pages?

If so, how can I do this?

On the picture you can see exactly what I mean as it should be

Use Tabs with Sections inside them in your Dataverse Form. Tab will be your main title, section subtitle.

For text it depends on what you need and where, top of the page, in the Web Page's Page Copy area, else where it depends can embed a HTML Web Resource (there is a checkbox on the Power Pages Form definition to render them in the Management App) on your Dataverse Form, if its extra description for a field you can add a Metadata record of type Attribute to your Power Pages/Portal Form (use the Portal/Power Pages Management App for this) https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/configure-basic-form-metadata#description-and-instructions
