If your connection is configured with end-user authentication, end-users need to be authenticated with Entra. Do you need end-user or maker authentication?

I am having the same issue with Zendesk. I understand it is to do with authentication for the Power Flow Action. Does anyone have documentation on how to set up the authentication for the Power Flow?

Hi, you must be connecting the service now connector directly from Copilot Studio , if you connect this connector via power automate flow and then call that flow in copilot then it will work fine

    Hi,
I have a similar problem using a custom connector. It seems that using actions with user authentication in the end user authentication action property doesn't work. Therefore, currently the only way to overcome this would be as CU06090718-0 mentioned, create a Power Automate flow that connects to ServiceNow.

    Hope it helps!

    Hello,

Go to connector properties and select  End user authentication to Copilot author authentication like below.
