Hi
I added autocomplete control on one of textboxes but i noticed if there is no value on table it will not save the data.
Let's say i want to enter City Finland and it is not present so it is not allowing me to save this data.
Is there a workaround?

I tried the same from my end and its not throwing any error.
Note : Make sure the Field is Not BUSINESS REQUIRED

But you see it is not saving the data what you enter in the autocomplete field
the other data is saved exept autocomplete
I can able to save it with data also
Try clearing your cache and try again
I got your question, yes if the RECORD is not available and if you try to input the new data then the system won't allow to Save.
Because ITS A REFERENCE FIELD, expected Behaviour.
