Co Authoring feature Not available in settings

Hi All,
Today I looged into the app where 2 developers work, and I had the app in read - only 
I have checked in settings and the co - authoring feature is not available.
Please let me know if there is a fix

    I have the same issue. It happened today.

    The same issue occurred, so I addressed it to the MS Support team yesterday. They mentioned that many similar cases have been reported. It doesn’t seem like a minor issue but rather a backend problem, so it may take some time to be fully resolved.
