Flow Error

I'm getting this error when running a cloud flow, please help me figuiring out what it means and how to solve it:
 
The file https://cwc.sharepoint.com/sites/LLA-GBSIntercompanyTeam/Shared Documents/IC Template 02.09.2024 299 lines.xlsx is locked for shared use by 1870097@lla.com [membership].

    Flow Error
    Hi
     
    The error is very straight forward, the file is locked by someone.
     
    Since you didn't share your flow, nor explain anything, I am guessing either YOU do something with the file earlier in the flow, or another person does
    such as when the file changes it triggers but the user still has it open.
