modern controls not working in canvas app

we are having office 365 powerapps inbuilt app so im just checking if there are any chances if we upgrade to paid subscription or package such that advanced modern controls would work as expected. In my current subscription modern controls for basic new form which has submit button stopped working .kindly advise

    Modern Controls are mostly still in Preview and have (as you have discovered) numerous bugs. I have not switched them on in any Prod App presently. I suggest you persist with Classic Controls for the moment if you want all expected functionality.
