Hi All,
I have a very pedantic customer who wants tro choose the icons used at various places throuout the Canvas App which I am building.
Where can I find a list/slide/image of all the STANDARD icons which are available? I cannot find anything upto date?

I'm afraid there is no "a set of standard icons" in Power Apps. You will be able to list all the icons from Power Apps studio and combine the screenshots like below:
