Event trigger not triggering agent when there are concurrent events

Hi,

I have an event trigger in my copilot studio agent ie.;"When an item in created" in a SharePoint list. When more than one item is created at the same time or in close intervals in this list; the agent gets triggered only once.

In the trigger flow runs, it shows that it ran the number of times as many items were created. But the agent seems to be triggering in only one instance. Has anyone faced this issue with triggers. Is this something to do with throttling? Please help me with this issue

Please go into your Trigger, go into Settings and make sure Split is on (so that it treats everything as separate events instead of an array of events). So click edit in Power Automate. Click the ... on the header of the trigger, go to Settings, you'll see Split. Make sure its on

If that does not resolve it can you also do this

1. go to powerautomate.com and log in

2. Select the environment with your agent (where your flow will also be)

3. Find the correct flow

4. Open it to the Details page and look at the history to get an idea of how many times it was triggered, as it should work correctly with split on as it checks (not immediately) but at an interval.
