I want to take a screenshot, similar to the print function, that I can then save as an image to a collection. I don't believe this is currently possible to do in a straightforward way but does anyone have any advice on a workaround I could turn?

We have a request system that created a print out screen that currently we are using the print function to print out. I want to create a 'print queue' like set up so that I can allow users to press a button to take a screen shot of the screen which saves as an image and adds to a collection when I can then connect up to a Automate flow that then sends to a printer with another button, i.e. once someone is ready to print out all of the requests at once.

Any thoughts on how I can achieve this?

Why would you want to make a screen shot?

You can instead save the data in a list. From the list you could then trigger a flow when a new item is added to the list that creates a pdf with the information that can be printed.

    Hi @uwenagel

I want to create screenshots as I have a lot of formatting to create a request slip to be printed in a powerapps screen.

I guess I might just have to abandon this and work on redoing all of the formatting from (as you say) sending to a SP list and then having a flow create a formatted pdf
