Microsoft Stream in PowerApps.... missing!

Hi, 

 

I am in GCC Environment.  I am trying to play a 130MB video in PowerApps.

 

I read that the "Microsoft Stream" option should simply be under "Media".

But, as you can see above, it is not. 

 

How can I make it show up here?  

 

The video file can be played under our Stream website tied of our tenant.
