I'm struggling to create my first ever chatbot because I keep getting this error message;
I've seen a few suggestions around using the web platform and not the desktop app and not pinning the PVA app to the side bar but none of these are helping. Any advice please?

There was a bug found where some people were experiencing this issue, and we just pushed an update that should have sorted this out. Are you still experiencing this problem now?
