Meeting Capture template issue - not returning OneNote notebooks or sections

I'm trying out the Meeting Capture template and the one feature that is not working is the ability to export notes to OneNote. When I select 'Finish and Save' and then 'Export to OneNote', it doesn't return any notebooks or sections. I get the following error. Any help would be appreciated.
