Hello Expert ,

I want to create a case then add a list of question to  evaluate the severity of case incident.

What is the best  way to proceed ?

What are your suggestion ?

Do you believe   business process could work  or maybe web form ?

let me know the best to proceed .

Thank you!

An entity form can be created to have a list of questions to evaluate on the same form in a single step. However a web form could be used if you are creating this experience in a multi-step fashion. Business processes are not available for portals

    Good evening Sandeep ,

I understand  what you said but  if I create case incident and webform  how do  Iink  the case incident with the separate question(webform) ?

    Thank you !

The short answer is linking should possible be via web form steps - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/configure/web-form-steps

    Details -

if you can model the questions on the case entity itself it can save you some time in passing the evaluated severity back to your case. So in web form step 1 you can create the incident record. Then web form step 2 can have the same case record in update mode but show a different tab which has the questions listed and responses captured. Once step 2 is submitted the logic on responses if very simple can be on client side (JavaScript on page) or on server side (workflow / plugin) if it is complex that ultimately calculates the severity and updates back on the same case record.

If your questions exist on separate entity than case entity then you'd have to somehow pass the calculated severity back to your case record in Step 3 using a query string parameter. Try checking the Redirect Step Type options described here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/configure/add-redirect-step
