Create PDF from gallery with own size

Hello,

After trying to print from the application (DYMO 420P label printer), I gave up on printing and will stick to exporting PDF files.

I tried to create in PowerApps and PowerAutomate file in PDF format save in Sharepoint Folder from the selected gallery object.

After reading about watching many guides, I only managed to export the entire screen or a given part of the gallery, but I can't quite set what I want.

What I would like to achieve:

- After clicking the button, a PDF file is exported to SharePoint with the data of the selected item in the gallery.

- The data to be exported is only 2 columns with text and one column with a photo (QR code that is generated based on one of the columns).

- Arranged in own order

- Set own PDF file size.

- It will be printed on DYMO 420P so it must have a specific size (19mm high and 100mm long).

Is this even possible?

    Hi Camillo,

Can you show us what you have so far? Are you looking to essentially generate a page of multiple labels or specifically generate a single label to a PDF?

As far as I'm aware, the print sizes are fairly limited to standard sizes like A, B, ertc

There is a Credit Card size option, which if the label printer has a "fit to papersize" option, might just work?

In the above screenshot, I have a separate container with contains the image and  text from the selected Gallery item. The button then generates the following PDF command:

    Set(document,
    PDF(Container1,{Size: PaperSize.CreditCard, Orientation: PaperOrientation.Landscape, DPI: 40}))

Might need to make some adjustments to the container size to ensure you don't get a second blank page (Don't want to waste paper!).
