So I'm currently working on a larger App for a customer and because of the longer development time I experienced several of Power Apps continues Updates. Especially with modern controls this is a problem as they get buggy or broken all the time... Latest problems being horizontal radio controls to break and badges to suddenly appear different. Now Microsoft also removed the option to emulate different screens on App play, which is really bad as I'm relaying on this feature to test responsive designs. I couldn't figure out, where I can find changes documented (the power apps release site doesn't feature all changes just major ones, at least that's what I think). I don't know where I can raise an Issue so Microsoft Devs would see them. Only reliant source of Information was this forum till know. If your developing at a professional level, how do you handle this? Do you use one power apps version throughout the whole development? I'm currently a little frustrated as Developer experience is not at all good with make.powerapps.com... Ervy bit of time I save through the predesigned components I'm losing again for fixing bugs, that came from a newer version...
What method do you use to always use the same version? I found a way to always use a link for opening power app maker with the version number embeded. Or do you always reset the settings on start? Because power app maker always chooses the newest version on start and there is no way to lock it (at least I didn't find one).
I have experience building apps for 500+ users and I only use one version for each canvas app and component library, the point is when you build an app that affects many people, you should keep it stable.
