I have to admit, I am completely clueless. I created a flow that triggers what file do you want to search for. Just before I start. We do not have any advanced licensing here, we just have the bare bones in our organization and maybe this is the limiting factor here but I could not figure out a way for it to call to sharepoint and return back a file.
When I press the call to action and select Power Virtual Agent Template. I am not sure where to go from here. The flow would would get the persons name or last name. It would search the file librare in sharepoint, it would return files that resemble what the person asked. It may not be exactly but close and return the files or the link to the files. Not sure I am thinking out loud here.
This is what comes up when I click on call to action.
this is what I get when I search for Sharepoint. Any guidance would be awesome!
Here are my detailed steps. Am I following it correctly?
Another screenshot of files in sharepoint. The files are contained in subfolders, if that makes a difference:
What I am trying to do is search all of those folders for the name smith. These are PDF files in the naming standard of 1234567_Smith. Numeric underscore and last name.
Here is my bot:
Here is my flow:
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
Can you see what I am doing wrong? As I am getting an error with this process:
I just started to use this so this is a bit daunting.
Hi @VeeLearnMSFT,
I would suggest to have a look at the video in this thread, created by @renatoromao,
That video has a good setup for a flow which gets files from a library.
