Why is it seemingly IMPOSSIBLE to actually get the files that Copilot creates ?  Its as if it is created a riddle of some kind and hide and go seek to find the actual file that it created to my specifications???

    Can you provide more details ? How are the files created, and where you cant find your files?
     
    You can find the files in SPO / OneDrive or you can find files via Power Automate?
