From this afternoon I could not sign in for power apps.
For that I tried to delete the cookies, and used other brower like chorme, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explore.
Although all that try, I could not sign in for the power apps.

Might want to check this recent post. There seems to have been an issue today with it. Appears to be fine now. Try again.
