I am working on a chatbot where
- when i start the flow i am using "question" card and showing 3 option
- when they select a category, I show an adaptive card form for each option eg; Laptop
- users submits the adpative card form, I call a power automate flow which creates an entry in sharepoint and inform the user with ticket#
Queries
- Now if the user clicked on the wrong option, I wanted to know to still give the user ability to click on the options in #1 and show a different card
- If user doesnt work on the bot for say 2 days and comes back and types hi. I want to allow them to restart the conversation
Currently in both scenarios i am getting below error
Sorry, the bot can't talk for a while. It's something the bot's owner needs to address. Error code: InvalidDialogInterruption.
