Hey I am getting the below error and I have isolated it to this formula in a text box.  Not sure how to overcome it?  I have tried to convert the value to text to know avail....  At the very least I would like to suppress the popup I keep seeing.  Can someone please provide some help with this topic.  The error only shows in presentation mode.  I can't get it to show otherwise.  I also tried to use the Advanced Tools > Live Monitor Feature which also does not show an error...

Error:

Formula:
First(SortByColumns(Filter(DDU_List,DDU_Name=txtDDUOptSelectedDDU.Text && !IsBlank(Date_of_Discontinuance)),"DateofDiscontinuance",SortOrder.Ascending)).Date_of_Discontinuance
The value is displayed in a text box in the "Text" property.  It displays the expected date value.... I just get this error which is quite puzzling.

    Real quick FYI, please post the picture itself of the error squiggles, Its what specifically tells us what its pointing at versus just the error which makes it open ended. if you do not see them on this expression then the issue is somewhere else as the error makes no sense if you get any data back at all. Are you sure its this code and if so please paste a picture of specifically what its pointing out(red squiggles). You can hover over sections to determine which thing its thinking about, but please expression how the names are different between filtering and sorting and if thats a mistake fix that.

    I notice in your expression Date_of but in your sort you have DateofDis

    Do you have 2 columns that just happen to be named something super close?

    This is the same field as far as I can tell... It looks like Date_of_Discontinuance is the actual wording I have now....  It appears that the naming convention in the original creation was DateofDiscontinuance (i.e. the one you will see when you navigate to the list > field > look in the url)

    2. I do not get an error in the formula with a squiggly line when this is evaluated in edit mode in the app.  I also do not get an error when clicking on the button to navigate to this screen in edit mode.  I only get the error when I Navigate to the app and click the "Play" icon.  Bringing the app up like this is when I see the error.  Which is confusing as I had not realized there was any error at all.  I would have expected the behavior you mentioned.   Otherwise, like in my case it makes it hard to troubleshoot as I need to save changes and publish the app then navigate in using "Play" method to see if the error presents.  It was also strange that I did not see the error in the call stack.

    3. I have been able to overcome the error by using the iferror function.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to review my question, I appreciate the time you have taken to respond to my inquiry.

    I apologize for not responding sooner, I have been busy with some other tasks and have only just got back to this thread.
