Does PowerApps P2 come with a SharePoint On line license? Dynamics 365 at one point did include a SharePoint Online license so wanted to find out.
No, I don't think that PowerApps P2 includes an Office 365 (SharePoint) license. The P2 trial does, which is why it might be confusing.
But the real question is does the New Standalone license which will replace the P1 and P2 licenses in October, 2019 include a SharePoint license. Again, to the best of my knowledge the answer is NO. PowerApps has lots of uses without SharePoint and does not require SharePoint to run, so no license is included.

The PowerApps Plan 2 license is a standalone license for PowerApps, it does not include SharePoint Online license.
In default, the SharePoint Online license is included within your Office 365 license.
