Choice Email from Share Point list show unexpected value

Dear Team,
 
  I use data from "Share Point List" to select data from "Power App" but when show in App not only email show, How can i solve this issue ?

    Hi,
     
    Select the combobox, look at its properties, and change the Field it is looking at (look at and search), then it will show the correct information.
