I tried installing the powerapps-cli-0.1.51.msi and during installation a command prompt appears requesting for credentials to each existing project in TFS. I have to enter credentials multiple time for each and I have many projects so eventually the command prompt times out and not able to install .msi.
Looks like you have multiple nuget sources configuraed on your local machine. You can workaround this by limiting the nuget source to the official feed only:
1) go into the cli installation directory: cd /d %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\PowerAppsCli
2) run: nuget install microsoft.powerapps.cli -source https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json
Yup.. I disbaled all nuget feeds execpt for nuget.org and installation worked. Thanks
