Error on 'Send_an_email_(V2)'

Hello Everyone! I hope you can help me to fix this error. 

The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Send_an_email_(V2)' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: Input parameter 'emailMessage/To' is required to be of type 'String/email'. 

 

I have this flow that sends an email reminder for expiration dates, let me include images of the flow:

I appreciate any suggestions. 😊
