Synopsis -- When moving Web Pages: Creates the Information Page, but does NOT create the Content Page

I have 3 environments: DEV, QA, & PROD. Using the PRM from DEV It transfers everything fine into the QA environment. But, when I transfer the same pages into the PROD environment, it brings over the Information Page of a Web page, but does not bring over the Content Page.

I have to delete and manually create the Web page in PROD. If I transfer over an existing Web Page, it loses the Content Page, and then I need to delete the existing Web page and create a new one from scratch in the PROD environment.

Any thoughts?

    XRMToolbox - Portal Records Mover
    Hello,

In XRMToolbox Portal Records Mover you'll likely see each page listed twice. This happens because localized content is also stored as a Webpage entity record. The key to telling them apart lies in the adx_isroot field of the Webpage entity. The actual, primary webpage record will have its adx_isroot field set to 'yes'.

To ensure you migrate the complete webpage along with Localized Content, make sure to select and move both of these records in the Portal Records Mover.

    Cheers! 🎉
