I am working on building an AI bot that can suggest tools based on a CSV file uploaded to Dataverse. The bot is connected to Copilot for enhanced functionality. Despite setting up the data in Dataverse and providing detailed context, the bot often fails to answer basic questions such as, "Is the Zoho tool present in our Dataverse?" or "List all CRM tools." Even after thorough configuration, it struggles to retrieve relevant tools. Occasionally, it provides correct responses, but more often than not, it fails to perform reliably.
Check below image where i asked to list crm tools but it fails to show all the available rows from the tables. Please Help!!
