Can you please help me with below question?
We use environment variables in power apps and power automate to point/update share point URLs according to the environment. How to manage the same in copilot studio?

Example: I have created an agent which is taking knowledge from UAT-Sharepoint and I want the agent to take knowledge from Prod-Sharepoint automatically after deploying my agent to production environment.

The answer depends.

If you mean you have a flow then its just normal.

If you added a SharePoint knowledge Source and its documents No you cannot

If you added a SharePoint knowledge source that is using Get Items (then its just a flow and you can use them there)

Simply put, Knowledge sources that you configure directly you cannot point at an environment variable.

If you want to get data from somewhere and do it dynamically like that the best way is via a Flow still versus trying to use Variables directly in Copilot, recognizing that all Tools are just flows so are Agent flows and you can build them in Copilot, then go out to power Automate and populate it with environment variables and it will work, it just doesn't in the Ux of CP.
