Hi,
I have added a new screen with edit form attached to a sql server table. The form disappear when the screen is in view state. Check attached images. Please help as I need to develop this app.

Make sure that the DataSource property of the form is set to your data source name, and please share the formula you used in the Item property of the Form. Usually, if the app is the auto-generated app you created from Start with your data, then the formula should be:
BrowseGallery1.Selected

I resolved the issue by changing the default mode option from Edit to New. I don't understand why but that fixed the issue.
