Why can not see a 28-day Run History under the heading 28-day Run History?

I am trying to debug Flows that have not run for one reason or another.

 

Under PowerAutomate > My Flows > Flows > My flow, I am only seeing the last 10 runs.

Clicking All Runs did not make any difference!

 

We really need the full run history.

    Click on the "All runs" link and you should see more history.

    That's strange - I can see weeks of history on my flows through that link, with an option to download the summary as a CSV file:
