So I have a bot that greets hi and if you don't say hi and ask questions AI answers to our connected public website separate topic fallback for trigger on unknown intent is there and if you say hi it takes you to multiple options to select but here if you don't choose any of those options and type to ask something it doesn't reply with AI. How to do that? Someone PLEASE HELP!!

I have the same question (0)

PVA doesn't do fallback once you've entered a topic and are asking the user a question.  You could however add the "Generate Answers" node to your topic explicitly; it doesn't only have to be used in the fallback scenario.  You can find it under the Advanced tab in the authoring canvas.

I did what I could understand as per your recommendation but still didn't get any answer from the bot after it asked multiple choice question I didn't choose any option and typed the text, but I still had the same issue after that question with the plus sign and then in advanced I added the generative answer you could check the same in the screenshot as well

    Hi @vip01

If I understand correctly, you want the bot to greet the user with multiple options (leading to custom topics) and if the user says something else, go to Conversational Booster or Fallback, to use Generative Answers.

Instead of starting with a question, why not start with a message configured with quick replies?

That way, if the user selects one of the quick replies, topic triggering will lead them to the related topic, and if the user intent isn't recognized, it will lead to a generated answer.

it partner bot.pngThanks for your reply, I implemented it as per your recommendation, but I want to ask for fixes that can't be done in the existing bot, how to get these options vertically not horizontally, and what to do after that in this if the customer chooses the first option it should respond to that relevant multiple options to sign up book a meeting but not in quick reply it can be done as it can happen in question with multiple options setup
