Keyword Search on Title

Hi!

powerapps newbie here.

I am trying to add a search bar for my app where the user can type a keyword to seach for the item description they are looking for. It is returning a result if the keyword is the first word of the “title” of the item. I want my search bar to still be able to return a result even if the keyword used is not the first word of the title.

I am using SP for my source and the column I want to search from is called Title.

Hope it makes sense

Hi @cdcj,

To search key word from Title, please set the Gallery Items property as below:

Filter(list_name, SearchText.Text in Title)

Note that if you want to seach when the keyword used is not the first word of the title, only in operator could achieve this.

Or, you could use Search():

Search(list_name, SearchText.Text,Title)
