Hi, I need to run a network ports test on our on-premises data gateway, but the current test status is "Connecting to servers". Its been like this for days! I've tried restarting the gateway and the server.

How can I reset that status so that I can run a fresh test?

Check the gateway is configured to use the ports as described in the documentation

Hi DJ Jamba. Thanks for your reply. I have followed that article but still getting an issue refreshing data so I wanted to run a network ports test, but am unable to because the gateway is stuck in this state.
