Environment is not showing in power platform admin center

I have created the environment and I have added user with system admin and Environment maker role. The user added could not see the environment in power platform admin center but the user can access the environment using url.

Please help me to see the environment list.

Hi there,

Just check the following things:

- Have they got the correct license? Is it assigned correctly? (or to the environment if it's a Power Apps per App license)

- Have they been added to the environment's assigned M365 security group (if applicable)

- Have you tried to Share an App within that environment with them?

- Double check they can't switch to the environment in the Maker Portal

- If none of these work, have you tried to temporarily (and securely) assign them M365 global admin, to see if they can see it (then take it away)?

- Try to create a different environment and see if they can see that, or get them to create an environment?
