I have an app with a form that works great, until its added as a tab within teams and then i hit a problem. If the user starts to complete the form and then moves away from the form to another teams window and then returns to the form, the previously completed data has gone. I can appreciate that this is sort of design as upon returning to the form, it simply reloads it as new. Is there a way to cache the data entered in the form and only cleared once the form has been submitted?

I hope that makes sense.

Hi,

This is not really an issue, the PowerApps session is closed when you move away form the teams window.

I would TRY...

Maybe setting a Timer control to Submit every 15-30 seconds. and see if that helps

hi,

Kindly use the Reset option only on submit button. then it will not reset the field after filling until you click on Submit.
