Do you mean that your forms in powerapps keeps loading?
If so, please check these points:
1)have permission on the data sources that the app connected with
2)have enough license for the connectors that the app uses
3)be in a good condition of network
Also, this may be related to your app's performance, which may be caused by many reasons, like too much data, too complex formula, etc.
