Hi,
Do we have the possibility to mask data in the transcripts? For example if a customer shares a Personal ID of 9 digits? How to do this? I can't find the complete answer to this.

As far as I am aware there is no specific data masking feature for Microsoft Dataverse like in Azure SQL for instance.
However, it does have other features which might help. Dataverse has field level security. So, you should be able to lock this kind of fields down and limit the access of for example the content field of the conversationtranscript table.

Would it be possible to register a plugin on the ConversationTranscript table and mask any data that matches your criteria? Of course this is more a procode solution.
