Her eis what I keep gettng erros on:

1. Take selcted combox value (Office365) user email and place it into email to submit. This instead for hard coding address and it will change based on who is selected.  This will occur for 3 different combo box selections.(one of which allows multiple entries)

2. Place value of textinput into body of email as that vales wil also chage based on user input for a specific title.

3. Provide link in the email to tkae user back tothat submitted form to edit as needed.

The codeI have tried is:

SubmitForm(NewSoSForm);Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(Concat(DataCardValue4.SelectedItems, Email),Concat(DataCardValue4.SelectedItems, Email), "New SoS " &(DataCardValue1_1.Text), "has been created in System.", "Hello, you are receiving this email because a new Suite of Solution (SoS) has been created and you have been named as one of the following roles:

Suite of Solution creator (as default this is the person completing the creation of the basic SoS record)

Suite of Solution Lead (the person who will lead de SoS development)

Suite of Solution support (Typically someone from a different portfolio from the lead",

"To access the use this link: " & ThisItem.'Link to item',{Cc:"Concat(DataCardValue4.SelectedItems, Email", ";"}

    Hi @glucero1975 ,

    Try this for a start (based on what you have posted)

    SubmitForm(NewSoSForm);
    Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
     Concat(
     DataCardValue4.SelectedItems,
    	 Email & ";"
     ),
     "New SoS " &(DataCardValue1_1.Text), "has been created in System.",
     "Hello, you are receiving this email because a new Suite of Solution (SoS) has been created and you have been named as one of the following roles:
     Suite of Solution creator (as default this is the person completing the creation of the basic SoS record)
     Suite of Solution Lead (the person who will lead de SoS development)
     Suite of Solution support (Typically someone from a different portfolio from the lead,
     To access the use this link: " & ThisItem.'Link to item',
     {Cc:Concat(DataCardValue4.SelectedItems, Email & ";"}
    )

    @glucero1975 ,

    That is not what I posted. You also have the To: and the cc: to the same addresses.

    Here is a screen shot of the formula you sent.  I did change the top part as there are 2 different comboboxes that each has one email selected.  Those are: DataCardValue3 and DataCardValue2.  The Cc: field is DataCardValue4 and that is the one that allows for multiple entries.

    @glucero1975 ,

    If there are two addresses at the top from different combo boxes, you need

    SubmitForm(NewSoSForm);
    Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
     DataCardValue2.Selected.Email & ";" & DataCardValue3,Selected.Email,
     "New SoS " & DataCardValue1_1.Text, "has been created in System.",
     "Hello, you are receiving this email because a new Suite of Solution (SoS) has been created and you have been named as one of the following roles:<br>
     Suite of Solution creator (as default this is the person completing the creation of the basic SoS record)<br>
     Suite of Solution Lead (the person who will lead de SoS development)<br>
     Suite of Solution support (Typically someone from a different portfolio from the lead)<br>
     To access the use this link: " & ThisItem.'Link to item',
     {Cc:Concat(DataCardValue4.SelectedItems, Email & ";"}
    )

    Before you come back if there are any errors, please have a look at the structure - you have To, Subject Body and cc separated by commas.

    @WarrenBelz   Ok, thank for all your help.  Got email working and added a little firmating.  However, I stgill can not get the link to populate?  If it something with how the form is setup?  Essentilly I wan the link to go to that specific record so they can edit as needed. I also moved this function to the OnSuccess property in the form as appposed to OnSelect function of the button to submit new fowrm

    Full code is:

    Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
    DataCardValue2.Selected.Email & ";" & DataCardValue3.Selected.Email,
    "New SoS: "&NewSoSForm.LastSubmit.Title&", has been created in System.",
    "Hello, you are receiving this email because a new Suite of Solution (SoS) has been created and you have been named as one of the following roles:<br>
    <p>Suite of Solution creator (as default this is the person completing the creation of the basic SoS record)<br>
    Suite of Solution Lead (the person who will lead de SoS development)<br>
    Suite of Solution support (Typically someone from a different portfolio from the lead)</p><br>
    To access the use this link: & ThisItem.'{Link}",
    {Cc:Concat(DataCardValue4.SelectedItems, Email, ";")})

    @glucero1975 ,

    If you are wanting to go to a specific record, Deep Linking is a whole new subject - here is a good video from Shane Young @Shanescows on the process.
