Basically what the title says, we need to be able to assign multiple owner teams to a KB article. We are open to creating a new column for this purpose but I was wondering if it is possible at all in Dynamics Sales. I stumbled upon this article which explains how to implement this in Field Service. This did not work in CS ofc..
