Hi,
I have created one People Survey form and now i want to create
1- Power BI report
2. Use data (user form response data ) in flow.
Could you please suggest how to connect with Microsoft User response data in Power BI report and in Flows

You can stream data from Microsoft Forms to BI directly.
In Power BI, you can create a Streaming Data-Set
In Power Automate.
