Yammer connection stopped working

Hello,

I've had a flow that has worked for weeks without hiccups but all of a sudden started failing as the connection with Yammer went bad somehow. My password has not changed, and i've tried connecting flow to Yammer using different users, browsers & PC's to no avail.

The error we keep receiving is shown in the attachment. How can i troubleshoot what is keeping yammer from connecting?

Hi @karma1991,

This could also be generated by a Conditional Access Policy.

Did you check with the Global Admin if they enforced a policy for that app?

Otherwise, how you could troubleshoot this is by taking Fiddler traces. Before that error message is shown, you should have a pop-up window with the authentication, that you need to track and there is where you need to look.

Most probably that's throwing an authentication error.

Thanks for the reply @a-ovbord, but it is not a Conditional Access Policy.

The Yammer app does not have any special conditional access policy applying to it that is not also applied to SharePoint or Outlook and both of those connections are fine.

Looking at the AAD sign-in logs, it produces error code 50058:
"The application tried to perform a silent sign in and the user could not be silently signed in. The application needs to start an interactive flow giving users an option to sign in. Contact app owner."
