We have a team created for incident response. We would like either:-
1) A notification sent to anybody joining a particular channel in this team.
2) A notification sent when somebody makes a comment in the channel
The idea is to then refer them to a 'tag' in Teams which we have assigned from the Shifts 'app' to they
are directed to who ever is on-call in Shifts at that particular time.
What would be the best way to go about this?
Should i create a copilot in co-pilot studio, that then calls a power automate, virtual agent flow?
I noticed some time limit on how often the power automate flow would check for a new message and it seems the minimum poll time is 3 minutes, obviously that is no good as people need to get a response to a chat or joining a channel ASAP.
Any pointers very welcome. Thanks!
you dont need a copilot for this, you can use below power automate flow options to set it up
Try new designer approach, where by deafult plling time is 1 minute
