Import data not visible

Hi All,

I've set up an commen data service in powerapps and now I want to upload existing clients in the organiazation table.
I've created a mapping and I click on Import data, after this I get the message:

Import Results

Data importing is finished

27966 records succeeded
0 records failed

Though, after I refresh I do not see these entries in the list.

How is this possible?

Hi @Marijn7,

Could you please share some details regarding the mapping you configured, the entity you used and the corresponding table (Excel or other) ?

I will try to take some tests and see if I could reproduce this.

Yes, all entities are the same. I created this from export data.
Filled in all rows and tried import data.

Then it says it's done (also in notifications) but the items will not show.

Hi @Marijn7,

Sorry for missing the followup posts.

I tried to export data and then import into entity, it works from my side. But if I added records which didn't match all the records, there would be no corresponding data displayed under the data tab.

So I suspect the data won't show up should be caused by missing some required data.

Besides, have you tried the Open data in Excel?

Open entity data in Excel

The CDS data connector would work better with the entity data.

I will try some more tests here.
