I am attempting to use the process migrator for Softomotive products which I downloaded from the following link:

However, I get this message when I launch the installer.
Is this tool really only useable for Windows 10 pro or Server 2016/2019 users?
I needed to confirm this since it does not state this in the prerequisites for the migrator tool.
Not sure if it is an error with my machine.
I am currently running Windows 10 Home Edition.
Also, the second message states that desktop flows isn't supported on windows home edition and when I click on the given link, the documentation states that windows home edition is supported.
I also have PAD downloaded on my pc running windows 10 home edition and can use it.
Confused on this as well.
