1. Is there Universal bot(like in Kore.ai or Mega Agents in Dialogflow) in PVA? For eg. a bot which call other bots depending the intent provided by the users.

2. Also can we upload documents in PVA chatbot like a text file or anything else?

    Hi @harsh_mehra ,

    1. Not yet, you can vote on my idea here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Virtual-Agents-Ideas/Create-a-Master-bot-and-redirect-to-another-bots-Power-Virtual/idi-p/489998?search-action-id=142404673399&search-result-uid=489998

    2. By default, you attach files using a custom code.

While Microsoft provides better in-app support for this, you can do the following,

    1. Deploy a custom web-canvas (see documentation) that supports attaching images / files
    2. Upload the image / file to your own Azure Blob storage
    3. Send the URL as a message activity (response to a question node) so that it gets assigned to a variable
    4. Use that URL in Flow / Skills to achieve your desired outcome

Microsoft has provided a github sample that attempts to mimic this capability.

For a no-code experience, you can vote on my idea here: Attach file to Power Virtual Agents - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

    Hi @harsh_mehra  and @renatoromao:

there is a way of setting up a "Universal Bot" to call other PVA bots based on the user intent - if the Universal Bot is a Composer Bot. There is currently no way to set up a PVA bot to call other PVA bots like this.

This new feature in PVA provides exactly this capability (GA as of Feb 3, 2022):

Power Virtual Agents bots as skills with Bot Framework bots – General Availability | Microsoft Power Virtual Agents

    The full doc with examples:

Use a Power Virtual Agents bot as a skill in Bot Framework bots - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs
